On-Demand CE

The ACVO will be offering a limited On-Demand CE opportunity that will begin after the conference in Grapevine. This will feature some conference content for approximately 6-10 CE credits. Registration for the On-Demand CE will be separate from the Grapevine registration.

On-Demand Registration will open in November.

This discount category applies to those currently in an approved ABVO/ECVO residency at the time of registration, or those who have completed a residency and are actively attempting, but have not yet passed boards.

**Students and Interns

After registration, please submit the student verification form and include verification from a mentor or direct program supervisor verifying your eligibility. This form must be submitted to the ACVO office prior to the conference but after the registration form is submitted.

ACVO & AVOT Cancellation Policy

REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING.

  • Full refund minus 10% administrative fee prior to July 15th.

  • 50% refunds July 16th – August 30th.

  • No refunds available on or after August 31st. No refunds for no shows, however, medical cancellations need to be submitted in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
